Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Should a product not be in stock, it may take up to an extra 2 working days to dispatch your order. We aim for your order to be received within 3-5 working days of dispatch, with exception during public holidays and times of extreme weather.

Local delivery (within 6 miles radius of our store) is £5 for orders under £40 and free above £40 - some exclusions may apply.

Delivery for smaller/lighter parcels is £3.99 for Tracked 48 or £4.99 for Tracked 24 for orders under £100 to Northern Ireland, Mainland UK, excluding islands and highlands. Item exclusions apply.

Delivery for larger/heavier parcels is £5.99 for Tracked 48 or £7.99 for Tracked 24 for orders under £100 to Northern Ireland & Mainland UK, excluding islands and highlands. Item exclusions apply.

Heavy or oversized items may have a delivery cost of £15. 

Water based paints up to 5L has a delivery charge of up to £6.99. Oil based paint can only be delivered locally at this time.

Collection is free and customers will be notified via email when their order is ready to collect. Opening hours for collection are Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm.
